Return Policy

Bikes

Upon receipt of your new OBED bike, you'll have 30 days to initiate a return request in order for your purchase to be considered for refund. 

When returning your OBED bike, it is vital to remember that the bike should be packaged properly with enough protection for a safe return. Should the bike arrive back to us with damage due to being improperly packaged, you will be responsible for the damages. If damage is done by the carrier, you will not be responsible.

Accessories & Gear

Accessories and gear that is brand new with original packaging and/or tags may be returned for a full refund (less shipping charges).
